the problem is not simply dead batteries (not covered by the guarantees).

If merchandise arrives broken, please let us know this as soon as possible, as everything shipped UPS is insured.
DO NOT return any item without a return authorization (RA) or refund will
not be made.
Please explain, briefly, the problem. (I don't like it works just fine!)
We will return a confirmation number (RA) and instructions as to where to return your merchandise. Merchandise must
be returned within thirty days (Jewelry five days) of delivery for replacement or
full refund (must be in original condition) (less shipping & handling).*

better value for our customers. Items illustrated on this site are actual photos of the products available at the time of
listing. An updated version may be substituted at a later date. Products depicted on packaging may vary slightly from the
actual product because of this updating, or because the manufacturer packages several models of a product in one style box.
All the sizes of products indicated or shown on this site are close approximations. Although our staff of proofreaders
works diligently to ensure the accuracy of copy descriptions and prices, we reserve the right to correct typographical errors.
